BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments are made via our online booking system, with an admin fee collected on booking. In line with the Program’s mission to aid those most in need, a brief questionnaire regarding your circumstances, employment status or income level is required to determine eligibility for an appointment. Upon completion of this questionnaire, if eligible, you'll forwarded a booking link.

To maximise your appointment time for advice, we ask for thorough/detailed information submission when completing your booking, ensuring our lawyers can focus on providing assistance rather than gathering data from you in the appointment. Rest assured, any information shared in the online form remains confidential and is handled in accordance with our privacy and storage policies.

For conflict of interest verification, please provide the name of the opposing party involved in your matter. Unfortunately, if we've previously advised the other party on the same issue, we're unable to assist you. We will, however, refer you to other organisations that may be able to help you.

If unable to attend in person, telephone and online appointments are available. Should document review be necessary for advice, we'll request you bring those documents to your appointment
